George and Tania Solomon carry a heart to see the Sutherland Shire come alive with the supernatural presence of God. Their mission is simple: to cultivate a church family where everyone can believe, belong, and become like Jesus - experiencing the freedom that comes from life with Him.

George and Tania believe that true impact begins at the table with our loved ones. Married for over 30 years, they cherish time spent serving the local area, eating good food, and being surrounded by their children and grandchildren.

Faith isn't meant to be lived alone. We walk alongside one another through every season, caring for real needs, and ensuring everyone feels known and loved by their community.
Reaching Others is the Overflow
Tending to our community is the natural overflow of a life transformed by grace. We share the gospel through active love, practical generosity, and making Jesus known.
Transformation is the Goal
We aren't satisfied with just attending church; we want to be transformed into Christlikeness through prayer, community, and the constant pursuit of nearness to Him.
Jesus is the Centre
Everything begins and ends with Jesus. We are rooted in the truth of God’s Word, worshipping Him in all we do, and pointing every generation back to the salvation, hope, and life found only in Him.
WORSHIP WITH US
Sundays at 8:30am and 10am
The reason we meet every Sunday is to gather around the person and presence of Jesus. Every Sunday is an opportunity to worship God, grow in faith, and connect with people to do it with.

If it's your first time, our team will show you around, help you settle in (coffee included!), and introduce you to some new friends.
At Abide Shire Church, we welcome parents and caregivers to take their cape off and immerse in worship and God's Word. Your children are in good hands, engaging in worship, stories, crafts, that all teach them about Jesus.
